Kari has been a swimmer on the 'Cudas since 1999 and is excited to be a junior coach this year. Besides the 'Cudas, she has swam competitively for five years on both Aquawolves and the Colorado Athletic Club Stingrays, and is now participating in Crossfit conditioning classes as well.

She also swims for the Arapahoe varsity swim team and has lettered the last three years. Her favorite stroke is butterfly and she also likes the I.M., although she is willing to swim anything.

When not working on homework, Kari loves to hang out with friends and listen to music. Her favorite color is blue, and she hopes to attend the Air Force Academy after she graduates.
