The Homestead Farm II pool is located between Kettle Avenue and S. Krameria Street, just north of the tennis courts. The 25 meter, six lane, short-course pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and includes a guard house with restrooms, a baby pool and a playground.
Please note that HFII Pool last day of the summer will be on Labor Day!

Perfect Pools provides a variety of swim lessons, and offers both group and private options. You can register or inquire at the HFll pool.
Pool Rules
The pool rules are posted at the pool and can be viewed online here. Please respect pool rules and lifeguard instructions at all times. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT THE BABY POOL.
Sign In & Guests
Pool passes are not required, however, lifeguards may ask you to fill in and renew emergency contact information at the beginning of each season. Please be sure to sign in all guests at the guard house.
Pool Parties
Perfect Pools is managing the process of scheduling and hosting parties. If you are having a group get together or daytime party over 10 guests, please notify the head guards/manager at the pool at least a week in advance, so that we are properly staffed. Depending on the size and scope of a party, it may require an additional paid lifeguard. If not notified, you may be assessed a lifeguard fee or asked to leave. We have to maintain our swimmer lifeguard ratio.
Nighttime Parties
Nighttime parties need to be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. Parties can be scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday after 7pm. Weeknight parties (Mon-Wed) must end no later than 10:00pm, this includes your cleanup time. Weekend parties (Fri-Sat) must end no later than 11:00pm, this includes your cleanup time.
Perfect pools will be collecting payment and managing the paperwork for all pool rentals. They will coordinate the appropriate number of lifeguards based on the size and duration of the party. There is no fee to rent the pool, except lifeguard fees. The HOA reserves the right to ask for compensation if there are damages.
If using the pool grill, make sure it is clean when your part is over.
