The Homestead Farm II neighborhood is located south of Denver, Colorado in the City of Centennial. Built in the mid-1980s, the neighborhood and its landscaping have matured into one of the most sought after locations in the southern metropolitan area.
The neighborhood has 400+ homes where neighbors get to know each other by going to the pool, participating in activities such as kids’ swim team, tennis programs, playgroup, social gatherings, volunteering and engaging with our Homeowners Association (HOA). The neighborhood greenbelt includes a walking path that links to Willow Spring Open Space and paths to other neighborhoods.
Homestead Farm II is a short drive from shopping at Park Meadows Mall, the famous IKEA and the Streets of SouthGlenn. South Suburban Golf Course and the Dry Creek light rail station are also close by. Convenient access to major highways I-25 and C-470 makes getting to downtown, Denver International Airport and the mountains easy.
